Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions that address individual client needs.

Familiarity with pediatric mental health care is a significant asset, as our approach integrates developmental considerations across the lifespan.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Associate (LMHC-A).

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in behavioral or mental health settings.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, reflecting the experience and contributions of the selected candidate.
