This role offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience while ensuring you remain deeply connected to our supportive team environment. You will engage in structured work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with opportunities for flexible scheduling based on patient needs. As a mental health professional, you will primarily work from home, utilizing telehealth technologies to conduct assessments and provide therapy, ensuring that clients receive the assistance they require without the barriers often presented by traditional in-person visits.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, employing evidence-based practices alongside solution-focused interventions to tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting methods to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to ensure the integrity and security of patient information.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to provide a well-rounded approach to client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve treatment effectiveness and quality of care delivered.

• Educate and empower patients and their families by providing information on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to facilitate their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Within this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing a spectrum of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n
