Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status, strengths, and needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused approaches.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for your clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services as required, responding to urgent mental health needs with compassion and professionalism.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training sessions and workshops to stay informed about best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other common psychological conditions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and your role will involve adapting your approach to meet their unique needs, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport with clients swiftly.

• A demonstrated capacity for compassion, empathy, and maintaining a non-judgmental attitude.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing for effective multitasking in a remote work environment.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions on any licensing boards.

Preferred Experience\n
