As a remote therapist, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a strong connection with your clients. Our outpatient office serves as a base for our operations, but this role is designed to be performed primarily from home. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and technology to provide quality care and communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Communicate regularly with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to report on patient progress, identify needs, address concerns, and manage actual or potential treatment problems.

• Coordinate treatment planning with family members and support systems to ensure comprehensive care and effective discharge planning.
\n
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, while adhering to departmental policies and standards.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare team members in developing individualized treatment and discharge plans, based on thorough psychosocial assessments and evidence-based practice.

• Assist clients with discharge planning, facilitating access to community services and resources essential for their continued recovery.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and those seeking to enhance their overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential is essential.

• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting is required.
\n
• Strong proficiency in computer systems including word processing, email communication, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records systems.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of three years of outpatient experience is required, candidates with additional experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or specialized populations will be given preference. Familiarity with best practices in telehealth delivery and asynchronous communication can also enhance your application.
