Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions within their home environment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the usage of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families concerning treatment methodologies and assistive devices necessary for accurate self-care and rehabilitation.
• Stay current in physical therapy practices by participating in ongoing education, workshops, and professional networking opportunities.
