Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your workload while providing vital mental health support to clients. You will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring that we reach those in need effectively. Our work schedule will be a standard Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a balanced approach to your professional responsibilities and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, establishing a clear understanding of their challenges and goals.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans customized to each client’s unique situation, ensuring alignment with therapeutic objectives.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, providing a safe environment where clients can express themselves and work towards recovery.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches that enhance client outcomes and support.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical requirements, ensuring proper documentation of progress and treatment plans.

Your primary focus will be working with individuals battling addiction, those experiencing emotional crises, and clients recovering from trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• Active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field. In addition to a strong base salary, we offer a sign-on bonus as part of your initial compensation package.
