You will collaborate with your colleagues in a lively atmosphere that encourages the sharing of knowledge, best practices, and continuous professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and conditions, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools to create accurate diagnostic profiles.Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, modalities, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to address specific orthopedic issues.Implement treatment protocols effectively, closely monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to therapy regimens as needed to enhance recovery outcomes.Educate patients on the importance of exercise, lifestyle modifications, and rehabilitation practices to maximize mobility and improve quality of life.Document treatment sessions, including patient responses, progress notes, and reevaluations in a timely manner to ensure compliance with clinical standards and procedures.Support patients in the use of assistive devices and provide training for caregivers and family members on best practices for rehabilitation.Participate in continuous education and professional growth by attending workshops, contributing to team discussions, and engaging in mentoring programs.Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. We serve a diverse clientele, including athletes, active adults, and older adults requiring rehabilitation to enhance their functionality and mobility.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field from an accredited program.A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), ensuring compliance with Florida state regulations.Current CPR Certification.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.Hands-on experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and exercise programs tailored to orthopedic rehabilitation.Compensation and BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
