Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, focusing on home care, where you will visit patients in their residences across Cape Coral. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, using clinical assessments and patient history to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced equipment usage to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track outcomes and refine treatment approaches as necessary.
• Regularly reassess patient status and modify treatment plans to reflect progress, adapting methodologies to ensure continual improvement.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and assistive technologies, ensuring understanding and adherence to prescribed care plans.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
