Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Lead supportive group therapy sessions that facilitate peer connections, encouraging clients to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Provide one-on-one therapy, employing a range of counseling methodologies to help clients navigate their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on young adults aged 18 to 30 participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). These individuals often face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Our aim is to create a safe, supportive atmosphere where clients feel empowered to address their struggles and pursue recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
