Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents' physical capabilities to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing functionality and overall health.
• Regularly monitor and document progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in real time to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver well-rounded care that considers all aspects of a resident's well-being.
• Educate residents and their families on effective home exercise systems and lifestyle adjustments essential for ongoing health improvement.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, ensuring adherence to professional standards and best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population you will serve includes individuals undergoing rehabilitation due to orthopedic conditions, surgeries, or age-related injuries. This may involve working with a diverse group of residents, including post-operative patients recovering from joint replacements, individuals with chronic pain conditions, and those with functional impairments related to age. Qualifications

• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida is required.
