Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess their physical abilities and challenges.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, evidence-based methodologies, and physician directives.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to rehabilitate patients effectively, focusing on recovery metrics and functional improvements.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming experience for patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to align treatment plans with overall healthcare goals and maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers regarding therapeutic exercises, safety, and lifestyle choices that support recovery and overall health.
• Meet productivity goals and other performance objectives set by the organization while maintaining high-quality care standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a wide range of patient populations including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE program is required.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey treatment plans and outcomes.
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic word processing.
• A genuine desire to connect and build relationships with patients and community members.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in home care or outpatient physical therapy settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
