Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions to establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient treatments, progress, and responses, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Regularly reassess patient conditions and modify treatment plans based on progress and changing needs.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation strategies, assistive devices, and exercises to promote ongoing recovery.
• Stay up-to-date with clinical practices by attending relevant workshops, participating in professional organizations, and engaging in continuous education.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patients will include a diverse demographic, focusing on individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, neurological conditions, and chronic illnesses. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.

• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records and other documentation software to maintain accurate patient records.
• Adept at using therapeutic equipment and modalities to aid in recovery.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred, we encourage new graduates or less experienced candidates who are eager to learn and grow in their careers to apply. Compensation and Benefits
