Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient center, you will play an integral role in our treatment community. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that foster connection and support among clients, encouraging them to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Providing individualized therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific mental health needs of each client, guiding them to explore their feelings and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans with clients, ensuring they are active participants in their own recovery journey.

• Monitoring client progress and outcomes through various assessment tools, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on teens and young adults grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will be instrumental in providing them with the tools and strategies to overcome these hurdles and thrive in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A strong commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years working in a mental health treatment setting is required, with direct experience supporting teens and young adults considered a major asset. Familiarity with individualized treatment planning and holistic therapy methods will also set you apart.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000. In addition to a robust salary, you will also be eligible for extensive benefits, including:
