Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify students’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individualized and group therapy solutions based on evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans while setting specific goals to guide interventions and monitor progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, school nurses, and mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for students.

• Offer crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring students have access to immediate support.

• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops and support groups focused on mental health awareness, coping strategies, and resilience-building skills.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive student information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will consist of school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. These may include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, social difficulties, and trauma-related issues. You will work closely not only with the students but also their families and educators to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of one year of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices and therapeutic engagement techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively connect with students, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
