Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families who are navigating various life challenges, emotional difficulties, and mental health disorders.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical documentation to meet both organizational and legal standards, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with HIPAA regulations.

• Involve significant others, family members, or caregivers in treatment planning and execution when appropriate, to foster a holistic support system around the patient.

• Engage collaboratively with colleagues and multidisciplinary professionals to create a supportive network that enhances patient care.

• Act as an advocate for clients during crisis situations, assessing and intervening to address urgent issues effectively.

• Participate actively in weekly team meetings and case consultations to share insights, discuss challenging cases, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client population, including those facing relationship difficulties, individuals coping with anxiety and depression, and families experiencing systemic challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid and active LMFT license in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
