Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships that respect professional boundaries and uphold ethical standards.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, address concerns, and plan discharge timelines when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and establish effective therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Participate in individual supervision regularly to foster personal and professional growth.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. By providing compassionate, individualized counseling services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients on their journey to improved mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
