Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients, documenting stability, upcoming appointments, and planning for discharge when necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring accurate records and accountability in care delivery.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish initial treatment plans.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions.

• Engage in individual supervision to foster professional development and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must possess an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is mandatory.

• Familiarity and comfort with technology, including proficiency in using computer software such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package for the LPC role includes an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000. As a W2 employee, you will be entitled to a Fee-for-Service compensation model with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, ensuring prompt payment for your services.
