Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, preferences, and goals, ensuring a collaborative approach to care.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy, in accordance with best practices.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress using electronic health record systems, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and clinical observations.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring timely support and safety.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards of practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Great Bliss Psychotherapy Services, you will support a diverse population of clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other emotional disturbances. Your therapeutic approach will be integral to facilitating healing and empowering clients to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Great Bliss Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
