This role is primarily remote, which provides flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring quality interactions with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress through electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Guide clients in activities of daily living by providing individualized support tailored to their readiness and needs, fostering independence and accountability.

• Monitor and report on client mood and behavior; implementing safety protocols and acting as a positive role model to encourage behavioral health compliance.

• Assist clients with practical skills, such as meal planning and preparation, while empowering them to take ownership of their responsibilities.

• Provide medication management support, including prompts for taking medications, tracking refills, and monitoring adherence as per program guidelines.

• Support clients in securing transportation to appointments and other essential activities, including teaching them how to navigate public transport systems.

• Ensure adequate resources and supplies are available for clients, aiding in their overall well-being.

• Collaborate consistently with multidisciplinary team members to ensure client care meets high standards and facilitates progress towards identified goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse set of clients, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses. You will be working with clients who face challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to complex behavioral health issues. Your role will be critical in fostering a safe environment where clients can express their concerns and pursue their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. You must possess an active and unrestricted licensed mental health counselor designation (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT) as specific to California regulations. We are unable to accept applicants with associate licenses, given the context of billing through Medicare.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
