Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, goals, and challenges associated with their mental health conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, creating a supportive environment conducive to open dialogue and healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, actively participating in case conferences to discuss client progress and treatment adaptations.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is current and thorough.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and reviewing the latest research in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve may include individuals facing a range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Washington.
