Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to clients' needs.

• Engage clients through comprehensive interviews to collect and assess social, personal, environmental, and health-related data that informs treatment plans.

• Evaluate client issues and develop treatment strategies within your professional scope, aiming for effective resolution and growth.

• Design and implement programs that address the emotional and social needs of clients, promoting resilience and psychological well-being.

• Facilitate the management of cognitive, affective, and behavioral health issues, including crisis interventions, and connect clients with appropriate community resources.

• Establish and nurture a therapeutic alliance built on mutual respect and trust with clients, fostering a safe space for exploration and healing.

• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment effectiveness, adhering to established documentation protocols.

This position primarily serves a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance dependency, and issues related to family dynamics and relationships. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
