Work Environment\n

This position is remote, providing our LCSWs with the ability to work from home while supporting clients in a school environment. We offer flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance, allowing shifts of either 4x10 or 5x8 hours between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions through psychotherapy or counseling with individuals, groups, couples, and families, tailoring approaches based on assessed needs.

• Engage clients in comprehensive interviews to gather vital social, personal, environmental, and health information that informs treatment planning.
\n
• Evaluate clients’ conditions and craft targeted treatment strategies within the parameters of licensure and scope of practice.
\n
• Develop and execute programs and activities that address clients’ social and emotional well-being, effectively responded to their evolving needs.
\n
• Facilitate crisis interventions, managing immediate behavioral health challenges while providing referrals to community resources.
\n
• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships based on mutual trust and respect, ensuring a patient-centered approach.
\n
• Continuously assess and document treatment effectiveness, making adjustments to care plans as required.
\n
• Maintain organized client records in compliance with agency protocols, ensuring documentation is current and reflects the services provided.

• Manage an active caseload while adhering to prescribed clinical guidelines and best practices.

• Participate in team meetings and training opportunities to enhance professional development and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LCSW will primarily work with students and families, offering specialized support in addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including behavioral issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and addiction-related concerns. The successful candidate will demonstrate cultural competence and understanding in managing the diverse needs of our clients in the school setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Colorado.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience, particularly within mental health or related fields.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing counseling in areas such as substance abuse, family therapy, grief and loss, and marital counseling is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems to document clinical assessments and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
