Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and interviews, carefully documenting the journey from initial consultation through treatment completion.

• Evaluate clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Develop individualized intervention and recovery plans tailored to the diverse needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic individual and group therapy sessions that promote healing and growth.
\n
• Monitor clients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nursing staff, to develop and implement comprehensive intervention plans.

• Follow up with medical professionals regarding clients who have been admitted to the hospital to provide coordinated care.

• Identify and address patterns of behavior that may hinder recovery to foster a positive therapeutic environment.

• Assist family members and primary caregivers in managing mental and behavioral challenges, enhancing the support system around clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of Timeless Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Your role is essential in fostering resilience and recovery among clients from varying backgrounds, enhancing their quality of life, and supporting them in achieving their mental health objectives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
\n
• A strong foundation in mental health counseling principles and established best practices, particularly those outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record platforms, particularly AVATAR, to enhance client care and documentation.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

• Prior experience as a mental health counselor in a fast-paced environment, focusing on comprehensive therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
