Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs accurately, leading to the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners, including case managers and psychiatrists, to provide a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate intervention and support, utilizing your therapeutic skills and crisis management techniques.

• Engage in community outreach activities to enhance mental health literacy, promote services, and combat stigma surrounding mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health issues. A significant aspect of your role will involve understanding and addressing the unique backgrounds and experiences of your clients, ensuring that care is culturally sensitive and effective.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
