Work Environment

This position offers a collaborative onsite work environment where you will provide home care services directly to patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and understand their needs in their home settings.

• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to facilitate rehabilitation, ensuring every patient receives the optimal level of care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to foster recovery and prevent re-injury.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and those managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience
