Our work hours are structured for convenience, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and impact on daily functioning.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs and goals, ensuring an empathetic approach to care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide clients through their therapeutic journey.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring responsiveness to their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing mood disorders, including those with severe anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Many of your clients may require ongoing support, and you will play a critical role in helping them develop strategies to cope with their challenges and enhance their overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in Washington state.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and medical professionals.

• Effective communication skills that foster rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
