Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, designed to support a balanced work-life integration while allowing you to connect meaningfully with clients through virtual platforms. Our outpatient facility is equipped with modern technology to facilitate effective remote therapy sessions. The work hours will generally be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist specializing in mood disorders, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate client symptoms related to mood disorders, including conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Collaborating with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, preferences, and circumstances.

• Administering evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically for mood disorders.

• Providing ongoing education to clients and their families about mood disorders and effective self-care strategies to foster empowerment and resilience.

• Monitoring clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting care plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards to document each client’s treatment progress.
