Legal Billing Coordinator

Please Note: This is a part-time, temporary position; approximately 20 hours per week. Who You Are You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in legal billing You have an Associate’s degree or higher Confident using tools like LeanLaw, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite Highly organized, with strong attention to detail Proactive communicator who can manage multiple priorities Mandarin language skills are a strong plus! What You’ll Do Oversee daily financial recordkeeping and ensure accurate data entry in QuickBooks Support billing operations, including expense reconciliation and pre-bill review Generate and distribute client invoices on a consistent schedule Track receivables and follow up on overdue accounts Resolve billing discrepancies and collaborate with attorneys on time entry accuracy Prepare and submit invoices through LeanLaw Provide regular reporting on billing performance and trends What Success Looks Like Invoices are sent out promptly and accurately Outstanding balances are monitored and reduced through timely follow-ups Billing processes run smoothly with clear communication between finance and legal teams You contribute to a well-organized, efficient, and compliant billing operation Pay Rate Range: $28-30 per hour, based on experience Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
