Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and devise personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing prevalent mental health issues and fostering community connection among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to care and optimal treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services and responsive support during mental health emergencies, showing expertise and calm under pressure.

• Educate patients about various mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Maintain and manage patient records meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, particularly regarding confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position comes with an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in mental health therapy.
