Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based individual counseling through video sessions, focusing on the immediate needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults seeking guidance and support for a variety of mental health challenges. Utilizing teletherapy, you will address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship management, and stress, giving clients the flexibility they need to engage in therapy on their terms. This includes accommodating clients with varying schedules who may find traditional in-person consultations challenging.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a valid and current license in your state of practice, acceptable credentials include: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Independent practice without supervision is expected; thus, strong self-motivation and initiative are essential.

• No disciplinary actions should be on your license.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a genuine empathetic demeanor are paramount.

• Familiarity with recent developments in psychotherapy techniques is required.

• Must be proficient with computer systems and telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary ranges from USD 50,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and working hours. In addition to a robust pay structure, we also offer:
