Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with families and multidisciplinary team members.

• Monitoring and documenting outcomes, providing timely reports and feedback to stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

• Offering Emotional Intelligence (EI) support to families, ensuring that they feel equipped and empowered to assist their child’s development.

• Utilizing child-centered approaches to develop rapport with children and their families, fostering a nurturing environment conducive to learning.

• Implementing evidence-based strategies aligned with Natural Learning Environment Practices to maximize developmental outcomes.

• Ensuring compliance with both Federal and State regulations concerning early childhood interventions and services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children with disabilities or developmental delays, particularly those aged 0 to 3 years. As an LCSW, you will work intimately with families navigating challenges associated with early childhood development, offering guidance and resources tailored to each family's unique circumstances. Your work will have a direct impact on children's physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills, enabling them to thrive during these critical formative years.
