Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments, obtaining detailed client histories to inform treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy, to provide individualized care.

• Manage crisis situations effectively and compassionately, using your strong diagnostic and clinical skills to stabilize clients as needed.

• Conduct regular follow-up sessions on a weekly or biweekly basis to assess client progress, adapting treatment plans based on their responses and preferences.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions via electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring compliance with state regulations, while minimizing paperwork to allow more time for client care.

• Collaborate with case management and other mental health professionals within our network to provide a well-rounded, multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Exhibit a non-judgmental, empathetic demeanor, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings without fear.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals experiencing a diverse range of mental health challenges, such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief. As you work with these clients, you will ensure their unique needs are met through flexible and personalized therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) as per state regulations.

• Proven experience with a variety of psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with diverse mental health disorders.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n
