Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks that contribute directly to patient care:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans that adhere to best practice standards.
• Administering various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a thorough documentation process that supports treatment continuity and legal accountability.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic and integrated care to patients.
• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings regularly to share insights, enhance treatment approaches, and improve patient outcomes.
• Providing education and resources to patients and their families related to mental health issues, coping strategies, and community support services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting.
• Expertise in solution-focused therapy interventions and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to assess and navigate patient needs.
