Key Responsibilities\n

  Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the diverse needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

  Document clinical and progress notes accurately and timely, adhering to department policies and electronic medical record standards.

  Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient outcomes, treatment effectiveness, and any necessary adjustments to care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our clinic, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, co-occurring disorders, and substance use issues. Your clinical expertise will directly contribute to improving clients' emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being, helping them navigate their recovery journeys and reintegrate into their communities.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential recognized in Pennsylvania.

  A minimum of 3 years of experience providing outpatient mental health services, with a proven track record of effective therapeutic practice.

  Strong proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, email communication, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records systems.

  Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

  Experience with evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant therapeutic approaches.

  Familiarity with community resources in and around Norristown, PA, to enhance client support and navigation.

  Previous work in teletherapy to adapt to our clinic’s remote service model successfully.

Compensation and Benefits\n
