Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to support personal growth.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor clients' progress to adapt treatment strategies as needed.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, enhancing accessibility for clients who face obstacles in attending in-person appointments.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in New York State as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or other relevant credentials such as LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
