Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance abuse needs of clients to inform a personalized treatment approach.

• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to individual client goals.

• Provide therapeutic modalities including individual, group, and family therapy sessions conducted through secured video conferencing.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of client wellness.

• Participate actively in case reviews and treatment planning meetings, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance client care.

• Offer crisis intervention services as required, demonstrating skill and sensitivity in high-pressure situations.

• Stay informed on current trends, therapies, and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment to continually enhance your practice.

In this role, you will serve a diverse group of clients, including adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in providing mental health and substance abuse treatment services, demonstrating the effectiveness of your therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing rapport with clients and fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
