Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each patient’s mental health status, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders as a guide to formulate individualized care plans that respect cultural diversity and address unique patient needs.

• Monitor and document patients' progress using standardized tools and methodologies to adapt treatment plans based on evolving needs, ensuring effective interventions are implemented in a timely manner.

• Engage in continuous communication with patients and their families to collaboratively develop and adjust treatment goals and strategies tailored to their specific circumstances and desired outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, using the latest electronic health record systems.

• Facilitate referrals to appropriate resources and services, establishing strong connections with other clinicians and external agencies to create a comprehensive support network for patients.

• Participate in educational initiatives by providing guidance and mentorship to students and interns, fostering a culture of learning and professional development within the team.

• Assist in peer reviews and clinical audits as directed by clinical supervisors, contributing to overall team development and continuous improvement of service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
