The team creates two main products: Sana Agents , which provide seamless access to company apps and data via AI agents, and Sana Learn , an AI‑powered learning hub that combines a modern platform with features like AI tutors and automated content generation. The team is product‑obsessed and brings expertise from companies such as Google, Spotify, Apple, and Databricks. About the Role As a Solution Systems Engineer, you will bridge the gap between product development and client‑facing teams in Sana’s core products. You will partner with forward‑thinking organizations to design, validate, and implement solutions that transform how their people work and learn. Your responsibilities include operationalizing agentic AI for work, connecting systems, designing workflows, and demonstrating how intelligent agents can search, reason, and act across a company’s knowledge and tools. You will also design modern learning ecosystems for L&D, HR, and business leaders, and support scalable adoption across the user base. Responsibilities Provide dedicated technical support during pre‑sales and implementation phases. Engage with technical stakeholders in large enterprises to build trust and credibility. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to stay current on product developments. Address complex technical issues that arise during sales and deployment. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales and deployment efficiency. Coach and onboard additional solution engineers as the product footprint expands. Qualifications Strong technical background in software, systems, or solutions engineering. Proven experience in a client‑facing technical role, preferably in tech. Excellent problem‑solving skills; can resolve complex issues quickly. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Collaborative mindset working with cross‑functional teams. Self‑starter who can proactively identify and solve problems. Ability to turn ambiguity into scalable processes, documentation, and systems. Tech Stack Backend: TypeScript, Kotlin, Node.js; Frontend: TypeScript, React, Tailwind; Databases: Postgres, Redis; Cloud: GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform. Pay and Benefits Salary ranges for the primary location (New York City, NY): $138,200 – $207,200 USD annualized base. Additional U.S. locations: $116,600 – $207,200 USD .
