Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Create detailed clinical summaries that showcase the client's journey, highlighting strengths, challenges, and therapeutic progress.

• Develop structured treatment plans with clear, measurable objectives, ensuring that interventions are goal-driven and tailored to individual needs.

• Document all aspects of client interactions and progress using our telehealth platform, ensuring that records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous communication with clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic care, sharing insights and treatment strategies in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• An active and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.
