Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy to clients, focusing on evidence-based practices that promote choice and empowerment.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including brief screenings and more comprehensive evaluations as needed.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and goals, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational standards.

• Participate in on-call coverage during designated hours to meet client needs beyond regular appointment times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including major emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

• Demonstrated abilities in organization, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Commitment to understanding the developmental and age-related needs of the populations served.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling is preferred, providing a solid foundation in clinical practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
