This role is set within a community health clinic framework, offering a supportive and collaborative remote working environment. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the diverse experiences of patients and create personalized treatment plans that reflect their cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to implement interventions tailored specifically to each individual’s needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on resilience-building and addressing mental health challenges in a supportive manner.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and the ability to use evidence-based approaches in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
