Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide urgent crisis intervention and emotional support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stabilization.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation that complies with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing complex health challenges, such as those with concurrent mental health and medical diagnoses. This role requires a deep understanding of how various conditions intersect, allowing you to provide holistic care that emphasizes both mental and physical health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

• Proven experience in addressing mental health needs in individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaborations with patients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
