Sales Engineering Lead: Close Enterprise AI Security Deals

Operant AI

Operant AI, the leading real-time security platform for AI, seeks a Sales Engineering Lead in the Bay Area to own deals end-to-end alongside the Director of Sales. You’ll drive discovery, evaluation, POCs, negotiation, and closing, serving as both technical authority and commercial closer. You will build and lead the sales engineering function, partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, and represent Operant at industry events.
