Compensation: $40,000 base salary + performance-based commission

About the Role

\n

ITC Learning is looking for a motivated, persistent, and self-directed B2B Sales Representative to help generate new business for our online industrial skills and maintenance training solutions.

\n

This is an outbound sales role. This is not a position where you will simply be handed a list of leads to call. You will be expected to research target companies, identify the right contacts, build prospect lists, and create opportunities through your own outbound efforts.

\n

A significant part of your day will be spent identifying prospective customers, reaching out through phone, email, and LinkedIn, following up consistently, and creating new sales opportunities.

\n

We are looking for someone who already understands outbound selling and is comfortable reaching out to people they have never spoken with before. Successful candidates will know that generating new business requires persistence, organization, consistent follow-up, and the ability to work through an account to reach the right decision-maker.

\n

As you learn our products and markets, you will have the opportunity to take on more of the sales process, including discovery calls, product demonstrations, proposals, follow-up, and closing business.

\n

We can teach you our products and sales process. What we need is someone who already knows how to prospect, create opportunities, and keep them moving forward.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new B2B sales opportunities through consistent outbound prospecting using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
\n
• Research and identify prospective companies, find the appropriate decision-makers within those organizations, and build your own targeted prospect lists for outreach.
\n
• Build prospect lists from the ground up and execute outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
\n
• Generate qualified sales conversations and meetings through cold outreach and persistent follow-up.
\n
• Conduct discovery calls and identify customer training needs.
\n
• Participate in and ultimately conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
\n
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and follow-up communications.
\n
• Move opportunities through the sales process from initial contact toward close.
\n
• Manage assigned inbound sales opportunities when appropriate.
\n
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and opportunity information within the company CRM.
\n
• Meet established activity, pipeline, and sales goals.
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• 1–3+ years of outbound B2B sales, business development, or prospecting experience required.
\n
• Experience selling to or working within manufacturing, industrial organizations, skilled trades, workforce development, or training/L&D required.
\n
• Demonstrated experience generating your own sales opportunities rather than relying primarily on inbound leads.
\n
• Comfortable using phone, email, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and sales technology as daily prospecting tools.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Persistent and comfortable with rejection, follow-up, and longer B2B sales cycles.
\n
• Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and accountable for results.
\n
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
\n
• Coachable and interested in developing broader B2B sales and closing skills.

You want to continue developing your sales skills and are interested in learning how to take an opportunity from initial outreach through discovery, presentation, proposal, and ultimately a closed sale.
