Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and prepare individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A current, valid state license as either an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• A non-judgmental attitude, empathy, and compassion in working with clients.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle a dynamic caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, candidates with additional expertise in trauma-informed care and/or specific therapeutic modalities (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or dialectical behavior therapy) will find numerous advantages in our practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your talents and contributions will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
