Work Environment\n

This position is remote, providing flexibility to engage with clients in an outpatient setting from the comfort of your home or designated workspace. Our team members enjoy a collaborative and supportive environment where open communication and shared learning are highly encouraged. You will work primarily Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends depending on client needs and practice demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, ensuring the techniques align with specific client goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate ongoing care, participating in case conferences and supervision meetings to discuss client progress and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and addiction issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
