Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and thoughtful assessments of clients' mental health needs through detailed interviews, observations, and psychological testing when appropriate.

• Develop personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices, tailored to individual client goals.

• Provide therapeutic services in individual, group, and family settings, fostering a safe and inviting environment in which clients can openly discuss their challenges.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies as needed, employing your skills to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support for clients in acute distress.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and comprehensive care, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, education, and stigma reduction.

As a therapist, you will work with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others. Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven skills in establishing rapport, fostering therapeutic relationships, and demonstrating cultural competence when working with diverse clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, ensuring clarity and empathy in client interactions.

• Excellent organizational skills, with a commitment to maintaining accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans and session notes.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years’ experience is required, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, or experience with children and adolescents will be viewed favorably. Additionally, experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
