This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own space while being part of a dynamic team of professionals. You can expect a culturally rich atmosphere dedicated to mental wellness, where you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. In addition to a flexible work schedule—Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flex in case of patient needs—you will be supported by a collaborative culture that prioritizes ongoing education and team-building.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address each patient’s unique life experiences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to provide individual, family, and group therapy, focusing on effective approaches that cater to diverse cultural perspectives.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with other professionals within our practice to assure coordinated patient care and seamless communication regarding treatment plans.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing strong de-escalation techniques to assist those in distress.

• Educate and empower patients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and relevant community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation that adheres to ethical, legal standards while ensuring confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings, contributing to continuous improvement and cultural competence training sessions.

• Stay updated on the latest mental health research, best practices, and effective therapeutic methodologies relevant to the diverse populations we serve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid professional licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Colorado.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment strategies, particularly with respect to culturally diverse populations.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy, employing culturally responsive techniques.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain composed in emergency situations.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with evidence of rapport-building with a broad range of clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, confidentiality, and professional boundaries in all interactions.

• A collaborative spirit, capable of working as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
