Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health through interviews, standardized tools, and clinical observations to evaluate their emotional well-being.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs, treatment goals, and circumstances.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on cultivating a safe and productive environment for discussions.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress in therapy, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to best support their developmental journey.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support services to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, utilizing established protocols to ensure client safety and stability.
• Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards by documenting all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and confidentially.

Qualifications
