Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our outpatient office, equipped with advanced facilities and therapeutic equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and the use of therapeutic equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on effective rehabilitation practices and the use of assistive devices, ensuring they understand the therapeutic goals set for their recovery.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary and documenting all sessions and outcomes to measure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization to provide holistic care, ensuring alignment in patient treatment strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and networking to stay current with advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic health conditions. We serve both pediatric and adult clients, enabling our therapists to apply a wide range of specialized skills. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid State license in Physical Therapy (DPT) is necessary for practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in electronic health records and documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work cohesively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred but not mandatory, as we are open to mentoring new graduates.
• Experience with outpatient care and familiarity with assessment and treatment techniques for various conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
